TOKYO, JAPAN, December 7, 2000 --- NTT DoCoMo, Inc. has established a "U.S. Advisory Board" comprised of distinguished experts from the American academic, legal, and business communities. Through the panel, the company hopes to gain valuable advice and insights on social and economic circumstances from a global perspective regarding management policy. NTT DoCoMo also expects that the advisory board will be in a position to help it formulate future global strategy.
A similar advisory board assembled by NTT DoCoMo in Japan in February 1999 has produced a wide range of opinions and ideas that have been incorporated into the company's management and policymaking.
