| NTT Mobile Communications Network, Inc. (NTT DoCoMo; Keiji Tachikawa, President; headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) announced that it would inaugurate a new service called "WORLD CALL" from Tuesday, September 1. The service enables customers to make international calls directly from NTT DoCoMo cellular phones.
