videophone / video calling

Telephony that allows people in remote places to see the face of the other party on a monitor during a call. All operators that provide a videophone service employ the MPEG-4 Visual (MPEG: Moving Picture Experts Group) method for video and the 3G-324M method with AMR codec for voice.
